About us
ZeroCut is a freelancing marketplace built on a simple idea: the people doing the work should keep what they earn.
Most platforms take a large percentage of every payment, on both sides. That adds up fast and quietly pushes prices up for clients while cutting into what freelancers take home. We wanted a place where clients fund work safely, freelancers keep 100% of their earnings, and the only costs are the ones we cannot avoid: the card processor and the bank.
We take 0% commission on earnings. Instead, freelancers choose a simple monthly plan to send proposals, and clients can optionally pay to feature a job. That is it. We would rather charge a clear, predictable amount than a slice of everyone's income.
Every project runs on escrow through Stripe. The client funds the agreed amount before work begins, the money is held while the work happens, and it is released to the freelancer when the client approves. If something goes wrong, our team reviews both sides and makes a fair call while the funds stay held. Read more in How it works.
