Post a project and we can personally match you with the right freelancers, or apply to jobs yourself. The client funds escrow before work starts, and when the work is approved the escrow is released to the freelancer in full. ZeroCut takes no commission on that amount.
Clients post for free. Freelancers pick a plan to bid - $29.99/month for 20 bids or $49.99/month for 50 - and keep 100% of what they earn, since ZeroCut takes 0% commission. Card processing at checkout and the bank fee on payouts go to Stripe and the bank, never to us.
Payments are handled by Stripe, and card details never touch our servers. Project funds sit in escrow until the client approves the work.
No. Clients post for free; featuring a job to the top is an optional $14.99. Freelancers pay only their monthly plan. Beyond that it is the card processing fee passed through at cost and the bank fee on withdrawals ($0 ACH within the US, about $40 for an international wire).
If something goes wrong, escrow stays held while the ZeroCut team reviews both sides and makes a fair call. Once escrow has been released for approved work, that payment is final and a refund is not guaranteed, so review the work before you approve it.
Yes. Freelancers can cancel a plan from billing settings and keep access until the end of the period already paid for. No cancellation fee. Clients have nothing to cancel - posting is free.
